- All cancellation requests received prior to March 31, 2025 are
subject to a full refund.
- All cancellation requests received in April 2025 are subject to a
$100 cancellation fee per child.
- All cancellation requests received in May 2025 are subject to
your half payment cancellation fee per child.
- No refunds will be provided as of June 1, 2025.
- A camp credit will be given due to the extreme weather report
from government or personal reasons (i.e. illness and other
commitments).
- Any changes to your registered weeks of camp (i.e. switch to
another week) are subject to a $20 fee per occurence.
